TouchRight and the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC)

The AIIC are committed to excellence and professionalism in the property inventory process and work hard to ensure that all landlords, tenants and letting agents understand the importance and benefits of professionally completed property inventories.

The AIIC runs regular training courses to ensure that proper information and training is available for all members, and promotes the highest possible standards of accuracy and reliability.

Letting agents know the value of instructing an expert AIIC independent inventory clerk to avoid unnecessary costs and legal disputes and make every party aware of its responsibilities, plus it gives confidence that government regulations are being adhered to.  TouchRight has many clerks around the country using the software who are AIIC-certified, working with agents and landlords.

TouchRight provides AIIC-approved inventory templates to clients with AIIC membership, to help with compiling professional and comprehensive inventory and check out reports, to an agreed AIIC standard.

Letting agents who choose to use an inventory clerk who is an AIIC member and using TouchRight know that they will be getting a first-class inventory, produced in a quick and efficient way.  It’s also possible to set up a clerk as an ‘external user’ to an agent’s existing TouchRight account.
