Can I restrict what clerks can see?
Yes. TouchRight has five permission levels, so you can control access by user type. For a clerk, you would normally use the External User level, which only shows them the properties and appointments where they are added as the property manager, and it prevents them from deleting properties or reports.
How do clerks know they have a new job?
When you schedule an appointment in the dashboard and assign it to a clerk, they pull it onto their device by opening the app and tapping Synchronise, then Download Appointments.
Does it support multiple office locations?
Yes, absolutely. We know properties don't always have reliable signal. The TouchRight app works fully offline, allowing you to complete reports and take photos without a connection. Once you’re back in range of WiFi or 3G/4G, simply sync your device to upload everything to the dashboard.
