Which CRMs do you integrate with?
TouchRight has an open API and currently connects with agentOS, Acquaint CRM, Reapit, SME Professional, and MRI including Qube SLM. It also supports integrations with Plentific, Fixflo, and Signable.
Is there an extra cost for integrations?
Sometimes, yes. TouchRight notes that additional charges may apply for integrations where TouchRight incurs a partner connection cost.
How does the Fixflo integration work?
During an inspection, you can tag repairs and attach supporting photos and details in your TouchRight report, then push those repair items into Fixflo so they can be tracked through Fixflo’s workflow.
