About the Street Integration

The TouchRight integration with Street, powered by GlueDog, automatically syncs your lettings properties and tenancies with TouchRight, helping reduce manual admin and keep appointments and reports connected to your CRM.

Using the GlueDog Chrome Extension, you can view recent appointments, track their live status and access completed reports. From a property or tenancy, you can create a new appointment by selecting the appointment type, report template, member of staff, date and time. Existing appointments can also be updated, with changes automatically sent to TouchRight.

Once a report is completed and published in TouchRight, the PDF is automatically pushed back into the relevant documents in Street, keeping reports organised and easy to access from your CRM.
