Today marks a significant milestone for TouchRight as we celebrate the first anniversary of Miriam Roth acquiring and taking the helm of the company. In just twelve short months, Miriam has not only redefined our strategic direction but has also infused the organisation with a renewed sense of purpose and a relentless client-first philosophy. Since the acquisition, the internal compass of TouchRight has never been more precise. Miriam arrived with a clear objective to transition from a standard software provider to a dynamic, responsive partner for property professionals. Her leadership has streamlined our operations and sharpened our focus on delivering high-impact solutions that solve real-world problems for letting agents and inventory clerks.
What sets Miriam apart is her "boots on the ground" approach. She believes that the best insights aren't found in a boardroom, but in the offices of our users. Miriam spends a significant portion of her time visiting clients personally, listening to their feedback, and validating their challenges. She ensures that their recommendations are fast-tracked into our development pipeline, proving that she is a leader who truly hears her community. This accessibility has earned her the reputation of being the most down-to-earth and approachable director in the industry, a leader who is always there for her clients, ensuring they feel supported in every aspect of their software journey.
Miriam’s first year has been defined by a "why not go further?" mindset, which is most evident in our latest technical achievements. The spark for our proprietary AI feature, ReportAssist AI, came from a simple client inquiry regarding third-party AI integration. Rather than settling for a basic plugin, Miriam envisioned a bespoke, native solution that would be accessible to anyone who needs it. She worked tirelessly alongside our development team, constantly meeting to hone the logic and ensure the system for inventories met her exacting standards. Today, it stands as a testament to her ability to turn a suggestion into a market-leading feature that simplifies the reporting process for everyone.
Another monumental achievement under her direction has been the highly sought-after integration with Alto. Recognising that efficiency is the lifeblood of a letting agency, Miriam prioritised this project after hearing from agents who wanted to sync their data directly to TouchRight. Not only did she deliver on this request, but she also remained personally involved in the project management to ensure the integration was seamless and robust. Miriam says the personal relationship is the most important thing, and she wants her clients to feel that she supports them in any areas they feel are missing or need improvement.
Under Miriam’s leadership, TouchRight has also expanded its presence on the global stage. Her commitment to the industry has seen the company represented at the MIPIM conference in Cannes, the Kerfuffle event in Wembley, the Negotiator conference, the ARL conference, and the Goodlord Leaders Forum. Furthermore, her vision led to a nomination for the PropTech Connect awards in Dubai, where she met with many of our international clients to discuss the future of the platform.
Miriam Roth is a director who never takes a break. Even as we celebrate these successes, she is already working on a suite of new ideas to bring onboard. She remains dedicated to the belief that the software should grow alongside the people who use it. As we look toward the next year, we do so with the confidence that we are led by a director who is not only visionary but is also genuinely "accessible" and present. We are incredibly proud of the progress made under her guidance and look forward to the continued evolution of TouchRight.
