What devices does the TouchRight app work on?
Our app is designed for flexibility. It works on both iOS (Apple) and Android smartphones and tablets. Whether you prefer a large iPad for detailed inspections or a pocket-sized Android phone for quick checks, the experience is seamless and consistent.
Can I use the app without an internet connection?
Yes, absolutely. We know properties don't always have reliable signal. The TouchRight app works fully offline, allowing you to complete reports and take photos without a connection. Once you’re back in range of WiFi or 3G/4G, simply sync your device to upload everything to the dashboard.
Does TouchRight integrate with my current CRM?
We integrate with many leading property management systems to prevent double-entry of data. Our current partners include Reapit, Fixflo, agentOS, SME Professional, Acquaint, and Qube SLM. We also have an open API if you need a custom connection.
Can I convert my existing paper reports into digital templates?
Yes. We don't force you to use a "standard" layout. On our Portfolio Plans, we offer a full Custom Template Design Service where we replicate your existing paper forms (including your specific terms, disclaimers, and branding) into a digital format, ensuring your transition to digital is smooth.
Can I customise reports to match my brand?
Absolutely. The platform generates professional PDF reports that include your company logo and branding. Via the dashboard, you can access quick-start templates or build completely bespoke report layouts (including your own specific terms and disclaimers) to ensure every report your team produces is consistent and compliant.
How does the "Remote Commenting" feature work?
This is a paper-free way to get tenant feedback. Instead of printing reports for signatures, you can send a secure link to the tenant. They can view the report, add their own comments/photos, and sign it directly on their device. You get notified instantly, and a full audit trail is saved automatically.
